WOLFWOOD REFUGE ART AUCTION SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Thank you for your donation and participation in the WolfWood Refuge art auction. When you drop-off
your artwork a (tax) receipt, if you want one, will be provided along with
your ticket to the event.
Guideline for submissions
Two-dimensional artwork must not exceed
30"x40" or be smaller than 8"x10". All work must be ready to
hang at the time of submission. Three-dimensional work, such as sculpture, must not exceed 50 pounds and
must be easy to handle. Art with a wolf or wildlife theme is preferred, but not essential.
Valuation
The submission form must include a description of the
art. Please complete all the information and include an estimated value of the piece (the sale price you would normally receive).
Ownership
All art work becomes the property of WolfWood at the time
it is submitted, and becomes the buyers' property thereafter. Unsold art
will be returned to the artist and must be picked up at the conclusion of the event. Wolfwood,
Four Leaves Winery and the
Lost Dog Bar & Lounge are not responsible for the art while it is in their possession.
Delivery and Pick-up
Please drop off your art at the Durango Library, Public Meeting Room 1, 1900 E
3rd Ave between 2PM and 5:30PM on Monday August 31. If you cannot make it at that time, please make arrangements for someone to do it for you. If you have a problem with the drop off time please contact us as soon as possible to make other arrangements.
Commission
Artists will receive 20% of the final bid/sale price of their work. Checks will be mailed within 2 weeks.
